Unfortunately, there have been some mishaps with credit card payments in our page: some people were wrongly charged and some orders still show as “open”, albeit buyers had already been charged on their credit cards.
We are sorry to say that the problem comes from third party sources, but rest assured we are working together to sort out the matter. May you have had problems with a credit card payment, please don’t worry, the issue will be sorted out and you don’t even need to contact our Partner and Customer Service department. For the time being, we suggest you to please use other payment methods when making a purchase.
